All courses and educational materials on the platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of their owners. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without prior written permission.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Payouts
All payments on the platform — subscriptions, course enrollments, and lessons — are processed and collected by Future Academy through secure payment gateways. Future Academy acts as the payment processor and collector for every transaction.
Instructors and academies receive their agreed share of eligible payments (their earnings, after the applicable platform/academy commission) from Future Academy, which handles the collection of funds and the distribution of payouts.
To be protected by these Terms and eligible for support and refunds, all payments must be made through the platform only. Future Academy is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, any payment arranged outside the platform (such as cash or direct transfers between users); doing so may result in account termination.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
5. User Conduct
- You may not post content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of others.
- You may not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, attempt to breach our systems, or otherwise interfere with their normal operation.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of them.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Future Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Future Academy operates, and any disputes will be resolved by its competent courts.
